This blog will provide you with a brief overview of significant events from WWII as well as thorough research and opinions completed by my students. The students of this Grade 10 Academic History class have been assigned groups in which they each chose their own topics to study in depth using the Historical Thinking Concepts. These will help you further understand structural causes of events, possible biases that may have been present during the time period, and perspectives of certain people or groups. Ultimately, the breakdown of each of these students webpages will help thrust you into developing your own ideas and opinions based around what it means to be historically significant.
